Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Shoes must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Provide your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
- Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping address.
- Carefully package the shoes in their original box and protective dust bags.
- Ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Refunds & Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- For exchanges, the new item will be dispatched after the returned item has been inspected.
